West Ham have struggled to find their rhythm under Manuel Pellegrini this season, winning just two of their opening ten Premier League matches and languishing in the bottom half of the standings.
Pellegrini splashed over £100m on new recruits during the summer and, although the club is still yet to reap the rewards from that spending spree, some of his additions have already caught the eye in East London.
Issa Diop is one of those players after impressing fans during the first few months of his time in the Premier League and it seems his displays have not gone unnoticed, with The Sun stating Paris Saint-Germain are keen on a deal.
That has alarmed fans on social media, who have urged their club not to cash-in if advances are made in January and some have made outlandish claims on what sort of price Pellegrini should demand if a sale was to be approved.
We have gathered some of the best reactions below.
If PSG want Diop, we shouldn’t listen to anything under £100m

Imo we shouldn’t listen to any offers we need him

Problem is if we don’t improve then players like Diop and Arnie will attract a lot of attention and the player has all the power..can’t blame them if they want to improve on their careers

£100m plus add-ons, plus a couple of their midfielders and a striker! And they pay all wages!
