West Ham fans are really starting to ramp up the pressure on their manager Manuel Pellegrino, and should they fail to get a win in their next few games the Chilean really could find himself in hot water. However, the supporters don’t want to see this club legend replace Pellegrini should he go.
Would you ever like to see Di Canio as West Ham manager? RT= Yes /Like= No pic.twitter.com/OKzNOHVMIn

The man in question is the incredibly passionate and outgoing Paulo Di Canio, and whilst he may have been an incredible player for the Hammers in his time for then, his managerial career hasn’t quite hit the heights that his playing career did, and the Irons are keen to miss out on the Italian.
They have no issues with the idea of Di Canio returning to the club in the capacity of a coach, but they do not need to see The London Stadium graced with Di Canio as the main man, which is something they’ve made abundantly clear on Twitter after being asked if the club hero could be an option as a gaffer.
Is Paulo Di Canio our best ever player from the Premier League era?
Yes!
No!
You can read the Irons’ thoughts on Di Canio here:
Not a chance, failed at Sunderland but he’s got ‘passion’ so let’s bring him in. You need more than passion to be a good manager ffs

No. Love him as a player and a man, and would like it to stay that way.

He isnt what West Ham need.

Would love his passion back at the club but don’t think he has the ability to manage us.

Sorry to say it would end in tears and we’d probably go down. Not for me

He’s be a disaster.

The Irons may love Di Canio, but they’re not keen on him returning to the club as a manager anytime soon.
