West Ham have found it difficult to find consistency so far this season despite Manuel Pellegrini splashing in excess of £100m during the summer transfer window.
The Hammers enter November’s international break in the bottom half of the Premier League standings after losing six of their opening 12 matches, picking up just three victories along the way.
Felipe Anderson became the club’s most expensive player of all-time when he moved from Lazio to East London as one of Pellegrini’s recruits in pre-season and has so far split the opinions of fans in the Premier League.
The Brazilian was woeful in the EFL Cup defeat to Tottenham Hotspur but then hit a brace in the league against Burnley, before finding the net again in the draw with Huddersfield Town – although that strike came after a largely unconvincing performance.
Despite it being clear there is more to come from Felipe Anderson, some fans have stated they are extremely impressed with his performances so far when responding to a tweet on West Ham’s official Twitter account.
We have gathered some of the best reactions below.
How can people not see this guy is incredible, even in an off day he produces a dribble, pass and then finish like this to create a goal

He is class. Going to be so much fun watching him, Lanzini, Yarmie and Arnie playing as the attacking 4.

The type of audacity we have been missing, except for Arno of course 😉

What a player this guy is, just cannot believe how Lazio let him go so cheap and incredibly how none of the big clubs (all due respect to West Ham) didn’t go for the guy. Within a season or two he will cost at least 70 millions.

Gets better every time you look at it. Not an easy finish.

Was a goal and a half, a well deserved draw.
