Mario Husillos appears to have been a breath of fresh air for West Ham United regarding their business within the transfer market.
The director of football arrived last summer alongside Manuel Pellegrini and the pair had set out to work on bringing in a number of talented individuals to help take us up the Premier League table and turn us into a side to be reckoned with.
With the additions of Felipe Anderson, Issa Diop and Andriy Yarmolenko this time last year, things were extremely exciting in east London and it seems those feelings will be felt once again this summer.
Husillos appears to have been hard at work behind the scenes and has been busy trying to attract a number of talented players to join us at the London Stadium as we look to continue in our efforts to try and obtain European football.
According to a report by Sky Sports, Villarreal’s Pablo Fornals appears to be the latest name linked with joining West Ham this summer and it is believed a deal could be completed imminently.
That potential acquisition has got a number of fans excited about what Husillos is doing at the club and many have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to his hard work.

I’m a lot more confident with both Pellegrini and Husillos in charge of transfers mate. We don’t know who is available on loan this summer and also there is some great defensive midfielders available on a free, Herrera of Porto for example.
