The versatile wide-man, who has been used at right-back, on the wing, in attacking midfield and up front, as per Transfermarkt, is suffering from a muscle problem, although he’s tweeted that the brace is off and his recovery is now starting.
That news has come as music to the ears of the fans, who are delighted that he’s set to return. With just Sebastien Haller and Albian Ajeti as the club’s options upfront, having Antonio back will give added depth, as well as provide Manuel Pellegrini with someone who has pace out on the right.
