West Ham supporters are really starting to struggle this season and a lot of them are getting on Manuel Pellegrini’s back, with one Hammers fan account claiming that the club should sack off the Chilean and go for a different manager in the form of Rafa Benitez, who left Newcastle over the summer.
I would get rid of Pellegrini now and go all out for Rafa Benitez. Get a buzz back in the side over the international break ready for first game vs Tottenham. Have to play Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Leicester before the new year. Act now or we could be in big trouble. #WHUFC

The fan account in question is COYIrons, and a lot of supporters have surfaced in the replies, claiming that they don’t want to bring in Benitez, even if he is a former Champions League winning manager, a lot of that, though, is down to the fact that he’s currently managing in China.
Before taking over at West Ham back in summer 2018, Pellegrini was plying his trade with Hebei China Fortune, however, the fans are now questioning him and do not want to go down the same route of bringing in a gaffer from the Chinese Super League.
Should Manuel Pellegrini be backed or sacked?
Backed!
Sacked!
You can read the Hammers’ verdict on the call for Benitez here:
Benitez is a bad shout. See if Wenger wants the job Till the end of the season

That would be the West Ham way. Sign a manager who’s shown no ambition going to China. Sack him.
Learn nothing.
Sign another manager who’s shown no ambition going to China.

Think he already has a job mate

Awful idea, don’t touch managers that go to China with a barge pole anymore it’s their way of winding down and getting a last payday for their career

One washed up manager for another

Benitez is in semi retirement in china and plays even more boring football than Moyes

The Hammers are not pleased with the idea of Benitez coming in to manage them and will hope this stays as just a fan claim.
