“Wouldn’t mind this bloke”, “Sign him” – Many West Ham fans can’t resist issuing transfer plea

Loads of West Ham United fans could not resist making the call to bring Norwich City defender Max Aarons to the London Stadium.

The Canaries were relegated at the weekend following the Hammers’ 4-0 victory over them at Carrow Road, with Michail Antonio scoring all four goals in what was a devastating afternoon for the hosts.

Declan Rice consoled Aarons at the full-time whistle as his side slumped down into the Championship, which the club shared from their official Twitter account on Sunday.

Would Max Aarons fit in at West Ham?

Yes

No

Naturally, the 20-year-old right-back has attracted a lot of attention from Arsenal and Tottenham – with the Daily Mail suggesting that he could cost around £30m.

Taking this into consideration, Aarons is someone that the supporters would bring to the club and made their feelings clear towards him on social media. One fan said that he “wouldn’t mind this bloke”, while another simply stated, “sign him”.
