West Ham fans have taken issue with their board n multiple occasions over the last few years, and it really isn’t hard to blame them. Between a lack of major investment and the move away from the Boleyn Ground, the owners of the Hammers are not popular figures.
Selling the Boleyn Ground in 2016/17 generated a one-off profit of £8.6m(although the new owners, Boleyn Phoenix Limited then sold it to Barrett Homes immediately for £19 million profit for themselves, this seems strange for such a shrewd property trader such as David Sullivan).

Now, though, it seems that that the Irons have got even more of a reason to be frustrated with their board and the owners, as it’s been revealed on Twitter that their old stadium, the much loved Upton Park, was sold for a profit of just £8.6m, around £1.4m than the £10m they paid for Jordan Hugill (BBC).
The Hammers have got a lot of issues they’d like to take up with their board, with the likes of David Gold, David Sullivan and Karen Brady hardly the most popular figures in Stratford, and now this has come out they’re even less fond of their owners.
Do West Ham need January signings?

Mmmmm…the plot thickens

Pretty sure the owners of BPL are close friends with Sullivan and live just down the road from him! Some coincidence that

What Gold & Sullivan are doing as businessmen is brilliant, as owners of a football team. Not so much, I just don’t think they have the money to be premier league owners

The Irons are hardly huge fans of their board, and this will only make the relationship between fans and club worse.
