West Ham secured a crucial victory over Burnley at the weekend, picking up only their third win of the Premier League campaign.
Manuel Pellegrini has struggled for consistency after splashing over £100m on new recruits during the summer transfer window and, while it was club-record signing Felipe Anderson who grabbed the headlines after scoring a brace, West Ham fans saved praise for another member of their squad who is showing signs of a breakthrough.
20-year-old attacking midfield Grady Diangana made only his fourth league appearance for the Hammers after starting in the victory over the Clarets and his performance caught the eye of many supporters on social media, who took to Twitter to lavish praise on the starlet.
Plenty were left impressed by the youngster’s performance, which suggests an exciting spine could be created alongside fellow academy graduate Declan Rice, and we have gathered some of the best reactions to his display below.
He gets better every game

I love this guy, he’s so sick. We have him and Declan such great young players

A new Lanzini, wonderful new talent. He’s drawing some huge fouls as it’s the only way defenders can contain him.
