West Ham are battling to find consistency under the guidance of Manuel Pellegrini and received a significant boost following Saturday’s victory over Burnley at the London Stadium.
The win was only the Hammers’ third of the Premier League this season, taking Pellegrini’s side to 13th spot in the standings and providing a platform to build upon ahead of the crucial run into the festive season.
A key performer this season, continuing the fine form he displayed last term, has been Declan Rice but his contract situation in East London remains up in the air – and The Daily Mail states London rivals Tottenham are eyeing a move.
While the Hammers will be desperate not to sell to Mauricio Pochettino’s side, Spurs fans on social media have reacted to the links and have stated they would love to see the 19-year-old move across the capital to join their top-four chasing squad.

Pretty versatile kid but I’d guess playing 6 would be best position. Possesses a good first touch, seems pretty calm in possession and has a bit of size to him as well. Decent distribution as well.
