Loads of West Ham United fans have been reacting on social media to the interesting celebration Angelo Ogbonna opted for when Michail Antonio scored against Liverpool.
Antonio found the bottom corner of Alisson Becker’s net after a clever free-kick routine left the English centre-forward unchallenged in the box, and with plenty of space to turn and drill his effort home beyond the Brazilian.
His goal came just six minutes after the Hammers had fallen behind to a controversial strike by Sadio Mane, who smashed home the opener via a James Milner cross which should’ve been ruled out for offside.
The Wandsworth-born ace’s equaliser brought his season tally to four goals in all competitions, after finding the net against Fulham, Cardiff and Macclesfield, and as the Hammers celebrated, Ogbonna chose to slap his teammate in the face.
Hopefully, the 30-year-old’s interesting action was out of joy and nothing more, but it easily caught the eye of a lot of fans, and even the official West Ham United Twitter account turned the spotlight on it…
