Things at The London Stadium just aren’t going the right way for the Hammers at the moment, and a lot of that is down to the lack of goals. That’s hardly what the fans expected having spent £45m on Sebastien Haller this summer (BBC), but the Frenchman just hasn’t impressed so far.

The Irons have scored just 17 goals this season, the same amount as Southampton and less than every club between 1st and 13th barring the high-flying yet low-scoring Crystal Palace, and Haller has come in for a lot of stick, with one fan asking the question of Haller or Arnie.
The Frenchman will come good eventually you’d imagine, but for now as he’s failing to deliver then it cannot be said that he’s been better than Marko Arnautovic, and even if the fans aren’t fans of Arnie, they cannot deny that Haller is yet to match his levels.

The Hammers will love seeing Haller come good at some point, but for now, he has a lot to do to match Arnautovic’s performances.
