West Ham seem to have turned a corner in their Premier League campaign after finally winning back-to-back matches this week, seeing off Newcastle United and Cardiff City.
The Hammers splashed over £100m in the summer following Manuel Pellegrini’s arrival to completely rejuvenate the squad and, while there have been some positive signs, further business is required if the East London side are to climb the standings.
An interesting report has now caught the eye of many on social media as it is stated West Ham are preparing to go head-to-head with Premier League rivals Crystal Palace for the services of Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack.
The 24-year-old has excelled in the Championship this season, scoring 10 goals and contributing five assists, which has led to growing interest in his signature – and many fans on social media are desperate for West Ham to win the race.
We have gathered some of their reactions below.

Watched him alot at local side Gills, always said I thought a premiership team would gamble on him sooner or later, thought it might be Palace though.
Would be more than happy to see if he could step up with us.— Paul (@PaulLuckhurst) December 4, 2018
Worked with him when he was at Gillingham. Not only a good player but great to have around the place. Top top lad!

I like how he has that physical edge to his game combined with his talent.
Consistent player

Not a bad player but I wonder if he’d do it in the big leagues. Also not exactly what we need as a club outside of the pitch I’d say…

I am going to be unpopular but I don’t see what Dack adds to our team in an attacking position. We are actually quite flush with flair players at the top of the pitch. I think he is add his level and at the right team currently. If we sign him I will back him and hope I am wrong

Agree he is a great prospect. But wouldn’t fit in our team. He is an attacking midfielder I believe would rather us get a prospect to sit and hold alongside Dec. Obviously we have Lanzini back soon to who can hopefully rediscover the player he was in the first season at the club

He looked skilful plus doesn’t mind to get his hands dirty which is what some of our players don’t do. Would be nice to have another English player too.
