In yesterday’s 2-0 defeat at Molineux, West Ham fans were given very little to shout about and didn’t get a lot at all in the way of promising performances from many of their players. However, one thing that certainly stood out was Nathan Holland’s first involvement in a Premier League matchday squad this season.

Not only was it the first time that the Hammers got to see the young winger in a Premier League matchday squad this season, but he also got onto the pitch – coming off the bench as replacing Mark Noble for the final 19 minutes of the 2-0 defeat.
It was a huge moment for the fans, and whilst Manuel Pellegrini has come in for a lot of stick from his own fans, this move was a massive one in terms of winning some of them over, as they’ve been begging to see more of the youngster given his nine goals and six assists in 11 Premier League 2 games this season (Transfermarkt).
Should Nathan Holland be given a run in the first team?
Yes of course! He can't make us worse
Not yet! He's not ready

The Irons have got so much time for Holland, and maybe even Pellegrini can win the fans over by utilising the youngster.
