Normally a player being called up for international duty is a good sign for fans, but for West Ham supporters and Manuel Lanzini, it is a cause of concern.

The Argentinan playmaker was called up for September’s international fixtures, and following the long-term injury Lanzini picked up before the 2018 World Cup that both ruled him out of the competition in Russia and half of last season, West Ham fans are more than worried about this news.
So much so that supporters took to social media to voice their concerns about Lanzini joining up the Argentina squad.
