After an awful October, West Ham will be keen to kick November off with three points against a Newcastle side who too have endured a fairly painful past few months.
My team for Newcastle:
Roberto
Fredericks Diop Ogbonna Cresswell
Snodgrass Rice Noble Anderson
Yarmolenko HallerRisky I know, but I think it would work! #WHUFC #COYI

And for popular West Ham Twitter account West Ha News & Views, a new formation and XI could be what the Irons need to ensure they start the new month positively, suggesting the east London side go for a classic 4-4-2 system that sees Sebastien Haller partner Andriy Yarmolenko in the attack.
Should Pellegrini switch to a 4-4-2?
Yes
No
The idea was an interesting one for West Ham fans on social media, who seemed to be split on the thought of the Hammers playing a 4-4-2 formation with the likes of Yarmolenko, Robert Snodgrass and Aaron Cresswell starting on the pitch.
Here’s what some West Ham fans on Twitter had to say about the suggested XI, with a few supporters not convinced that the 4-4-2 as well as player selection for the formation won’t be a smart idea…
Yarmolenko striker would be the end of me, probably the slowest most unagile footballer on the planet

It won’t work, snodgrass cant play on the wing and Noble can’t play in a midfield 2

I’m currently beyond caring what team Pellegrini puts out there!

What could go wrong? ⚒

Some fans, though, believed a few tweaks to the system could be what’s needed for Pellegrini to find his winning formula after a dismal few weeks…
I could see this. Also be open to Arthur coming in at the wing.

Swap Anderson for yarmo

Put Anderson behind Haller and Masuaku on left wing.

Think would play baubena instead of of ogbonna as is better playing out from the back

West Ham currently find themselves in 10th in the Premier League, with three points against the Magpies a vital outcome for Pellegrini’s side.
