It was a busy yet exciting summer for West Ham this year, yet Manuel Pellegrini’s latest comments have caused some concern for supporters.
Pellegrini: “We need to integrate Fornals, we need to integrate Haller and Ajeti so that we have different options and that will be positive, but maybe we need more games to see the best way to play.” pic.twitter.com/UMDQtV4rq6

The Hammers manager admitted after West Ham’s 1-1 draw with Brighton last weekend that the new arrivals are yet to be properly integrated into the squad.
The east London side spent big this summer, breaking their club-transfer record for striker Sebastien Haller as well as luring highly-rated midfielder Pablo Fornals to the London Stadium.
Yet some supporters were not too confident in Pellegrini’s comments about the new signings, and West Ham fans took to social media to voice their concerns.
Here is what some West Ham fans had to say on Twitter…
So what was the point of pre season games?
Looking like we are aiming for mediocre 10th again.— bob67 (@bob6720916293) August 19, 2019
That’s what pre season was for

Then, as the gaffa, you need to find a way! Quit with the we and start with the I

Surely that’s what pre season was for? I know players signed later, but that’s not an excuse any more

Talk about the bleeding obvious…isn’t that what pre season should be about? He’s really being to worry me…

How about using Pre-season for what it's traditionally intended for then? Fitness, team shape and tactics! Oops, that never happens goes it, a simple Dead Leg keeps players out for weeks!

I thought our style wad to be more attacking, hence the new striker and another attacking midfielder? Jeez, why is he in such high wages if he's having the issues of how we should be playing???

Let them play and give them opportunities, but above all let them play in the right positions.

West Ham are currently 16th in the league table after two games.
