The back end of the Manuel Pellegrini era at West Ham was spent with the Hammers demanding for changes to the formation and the personnel being used by the Chilean, and many of them were desperate to see Nathan Holland given a chance in the senior side.
Nathan Holland has joined Oxford United on loan for the remainder of the season.
Good luck, @NHo11and!

Now, though, the young winger has gone from fans demanding he gets Premier League minutes to being sent out on-loan to League One Oxford United, and even though the youngster won’t be featuring at the top level, the fact he’s getting minutes in his legs is the best thing for him.
So far this season, Holland has been restricted to battering teams in the Premier League 2, and in the U21 competition the youngster has bagged himself an impressive 14 goals and eight assists, and now the Hammers have got a chance to see how their starlet gets on in senior football, albeit at a lower level.
Will this transfer window be a big one?

Best of luck to him, he’ll smash it. Think the loan will be great experience, hopefully he comes back a more complete player and slots in to the framework for the 1st team.

The Irons love Holland and will certainly be keeping a keen eye on the young prodigy as he takes on League One in the coming months at the Kassam Stadium.
