With just over a week to go before the transfer window slams shut, it remains to be seen if there is any further action in the transfer market as far as West Ham United are concerned.
Will West Ham United, after making seven signings so far, get an eighth across the line and which of our current squad might be clearing their lockers?
Glancing through the speculation doing the rounds on the social network sites, the name of Pedro Obiang gets a mention.
It seems that our London neighbours Fulham, might not have finished their summer spending spree, a splurge that they hope will make the coming 2018 / 2019 season more than just a survival fight.
With Obiang interesting his former club Sampdoria, we came across the following comment:
Fulham have made a bid to sign Pedro Obiang. The deal being offered to the midfielder is far more financially attractive than what Sampdoria are willing to offer.

Is it all about the money or could Obiang, who might not be a regular in the Hammers side next season, fancy being part of the Khan revolution whilst also remaining in London.
Your thoughts, please!
Continuing, it seems, according to the following comment:
West Ham have been interested in Danny Drinkwater for a while now and have made an enquiry for the midfielder, however they face competition from many other clubs.

Could the former Leicester City midfielder, now at Chelsea, be our eighth summer signing, or would he be swapping the bench at Stamford Bridge for the bench at the London Stadium if he made the move from west to east?
Your thoughts, please!
Finally, as we continue this round-up, we stumbled across the following comment;
West Ham are to sign Portugal U21 midfielder Xande Silva from Vitoria in a deal worth up to £3.1m.

Is there something we’re not aware of?
Have the Hammers unearthed a young diamond who could be honed into a world-class star?
Your thoughts, please!
These are certainly interesting times to be a West Ham United supporter are they not?
