Later this evening, West Ham fans will face 90 minutes away at Bramall Lane, and going away to Sheffield United is no easy task. It’s made even harder when you look at the list of players that the Hammers have got out of this one, although the club have given the fans an injury update ahead of the tie.
TEAM NEWS@Noble16Mark & @Aaron_Cresswell: "Both trained today"@Michailantonio (Hamstring): "Not ready for tomorrow"@RyanFredericks_(Hamstring): "Out for between 4/6 weeks"@Yarmolenko_7 (Thigh): "Has gone for another injection."

It’s not something that the fans are used to seeing, their club tweet out a list of who won’t be fit for the tie, but they’ve enjoyed seeing it all in one place, as communication is something that the Hammers usually struggle with as they leave their fans guessing.
The news ahead of the trip to Sheffield, though, has claimed that Michail Antonio, Andriy Yarmolenko and Ryan Fredericks are all out for this one, although Mark Noble and Aaron Cresswell have both trained and should be available for the tie, something the fans are delighted with.

Whilst the actual news from the club isn’t great, the communication is, and the fans will want to see more of the same in the coming weeks.
