The Hammers have picked up just one point in their opening two games and next travel away to Vicarage Road to face a Watford side that have lost both Premier League games so far this season, and the Hornets will now be without captain Troy Deeney.
As reported by BBC Sport, the striker will miss the next few weeks after undergoing minor knee surgery, and West Ham fans on social media were delighted with the news that Deeney will be out for their trip north of the capital.
