‘Best tweet of the day’: Many West Ham are loving star man’s social media post

Felipe Anderson has become a popular figure at West Ham since joining from Lazio last summer.

This has been helped by his performances and record on the pitch, as the Brazilian managed 10 goals and four assists in his debut campaign in East London – while playing scintillating and exciting football down the left wing, completing 1.8 key passes and 2.1 dribbles per game.

Though having a player show their personality can be important in their relationship with the fans, making them seem more relatable, which the club have done with this tweet about the Hammers’ star man:

The 26-year-old was photographed with family members doing the irons sign, something families across the club’s fanbase have done plenty of times over the years.

It shows that the club is getting close to the heart of him and his family, something which is brilliant to see, especially as he is set to play an integral role in the approaching campaign.

He may have had his critics at the beginning of his time at London Stadium, but Anderson is becoming ever more popular with West Ham supporters, something which will only be helped by this photograph.
