‘Admin needs a raise’ – Many West Ham fans have been loving the official club tweet

Ever since Sky Sports reported Manchester United’s interest in Issa Diop, there have been a plethora of supposed offers and counter offers.

Each day brings more talk about the signing, but according to ExWHUEmployee the Hammers are not interested in selling the 22-year-old – with the demands for Anthony Martial, which were reported by the Telegraph, acting as a sign Diop isn’t for sale.

West Ham have given another signal of their intent to keep their centre back, this time through Twitter:

The club were celebrating one year since Diop signed for the Hammers, though the not-so-subtle dig at Manchester United was clear from the video’s caption.

Many West Ham fans have been thrilled to see their club taking such a firm stance on Diop staying, having witnessed numerous players being easily plucked from their ranks by a top six side in the past.

The caption is one of various signs coming out of West Ham that the club is confident of keeping Diop, as they hope to build towards a more exciting future where they can reach the often mentioned next level.
