West Ham are being linked with Bournemouth goalkeeper Asmir Begovic today due to the ongoing problems with summer signing Roberto.
Begovic would reportedly provide back up to the first-choice keeper, Lukasz Fabianski, who still remains sidelined for the next few weeks with a hip injury.
32-year-old Begovic has been at Bournemouth since 2017 and has spent the first half of the season on a short term loan at Azerbaijani club Qarabag.
Begovic has plenty of experience at PremierL League level, having made 128 appearances for Bournemouth, Stoke, and Chelsea, but many Hammers fans wouldn’t be convinced if they were to sign Begovic in January.
Guy who made the most mistakes leading to goals than any other player on the league last year…
Sounds about right.

No thanks. A toxic player that is totally unprofessional. There’s a reason why Eddie Howe has isolated him out the squad.

He used to be very good few seasons ago but signing him now is a big risk. I would take Jack Butland over him.

Other fans seem uninterested in signing a new keeper due to veteran keeper David Martin being available, while others have questioned the decision to sell former shot-stopper, Adrian, to Liverpool in the summer.
We’ve got Martin!

Why the hell did we sell Adrian🤔

West Ham fans would not be pleased if this rumour became a reality over the next few weeks as many fans have concerns over both Begovic’s ability and his poor attitude which could impact the team massively.
