West Ham have started to find their rhythm after a shaky start in the Premier League to life under Manuel Pellegrini, winning their last three matches.
That sequence of results has sent the Hammers surging up the standings to within touching distance of the top half, although there is still plenty of work to be done over the course of the busy festive period and the remainder of the season.
Pellegrini was extremely active during the summer, splashing over £100m on new additions, but further activity in the market is required when the January window opens in a few weeks time – and fans have made it clear which deal they want to see take priority.
19-year-old sensation Declan Rice still faces an uncertain future in east London as the club have been unable to tie him down to a new long-term contract, which has led to increased frustration amongst the supporters.
After another fine performance at the weekend against Crystal Palace, many took the opportunity to urge West Ham to get a deal over the line. We have gathered some of their comments below.
