Gold Left in Tears After Fans Actions

|

The events of Saturday afternoon continue as you`d expect, this Monday morning, to generate column inches.

The scenes that unfolded whereby there were numerous pitch invasions and the directors box felt the full fury of those fans venting their frustrations at how things have turned out, continue to generate public opinion.

Many West Ham supporters have been quick to condemn the actions of those who orchestrated the events, whilst others believe there was no other option when it comes to highlighting what they believe is wrong with the club.

However, the sight of David Gold and David Sullivan being driven from their seats wasn`t a sight I wanted to witness.

The duo has done so much for the club and have always had the best interests of the club at heart.

According to Sky Sports, David Gold was left in tears at what he was witnessing.

At 81-years-of-age, surely David Gold deserves better than that.

It`s okay insisting on change at the top, but I can`t see a queue of people forming to take the club to the next level, perhaps we should be careful what we all wish for!

We could soon become the next Birmingham, Leeds or Sunderland if we don`t all muck in together for the good of the club.
