Your MOTM v Crystal Palace Was?

Today, in what is far from seaside weather, West Ham United are on the south-coast taking on Brighton and Hove Albion in a Premier League fixture.

But, before we concentrate fully on that fixture and soak up the fresh sea air on that famous pebble beach and take a stroll along the pier before heading to the Amex Stadium, we`ve the small matter of announcing who took the accolade of man-of-the-match for the midweek fixture against Crystal Palace, a game that ended 1-1.

When the poll was ended, we had two clear candidates for the honour, both coming from the midfield area of the side, with the duo being Mark Noble and our debut boy Joao Mario,

As it turns out the accolade went to our debut boy, Joao Mario, who polled 43% of the votes cast compared to the 26% polled by Mark Noble.
