With Andy Carroll injured West Ham United find their striking options further limited.

But, according to one news source they could be about to become depleted even further.

The news source Goal, are reporting that our Mexican striker, Javier Hernandez, could be set to leave the club.

Hernandez, who only arrived at the club in the summer transfer window, hasn`t hit the heights expected when it comes to scoring, although some might say he hasn`t been given the service he requires.

Our referenced source is reporting that the 29-year-old is closing in on a move to Turkish football with Besiktas said to be ready to pay the Hammers a fee in the region of £7.5 million for his services.

With David Moyes having previously mentioned that none of his strikers would be leaving the club this transfer window unless the price was right, I fear that Hernandez is being sold on the cheap, how about you?
