After spending the cash in the summer, it would seem that there`s very little left in the kitty to bring in some much-needed reinforcements in the January transfer window.

Indeed, the good folk behind the red-top publication, the Mirror, are hinting that West Ham United will have to sell some of their younger players to generate some funds for David Moyes to dabble in the market.

Amongst those being suggested as probably being available in January are Reece Oxford and Josh Cullen, 18 and 21 years old respectively

If that were to be the case, it`d be a crying shame and would provide who ever decides to cash in, players who could go on to make names of themselves in the game.

Besides, would they generate sufficient funds to bring in the type of player Moyes would be looking for?
