|

This Saturday afternoon, West Ham United welcome the 2017 / 2018 Premier League Champions, Manchester City, to the London Stadium, for a Premier League fixture.

For the Hammers to take anything out of this game, they’ll need to be on top form, with a Pep Guardiola City blitzing all before them this season.

Ahead of the fixture, we’ve cobbled together some early team-news.

Starting with West Ham United:

Joe Hart, on loan from Manchester City, is unable to play against his parent club, therefore, Adrian will wear the green jersey.

David Moyes will be hoping that the Hammers captain, Mark Noble, will have shaken off a niggling injury to take his place in the starting eleven.

Manuel Lanzini is also fit again after recovering from a knee injury that has affected his availability recently.

Continuing with Manchester City:

Pep Guardiola will be without the services of Sergio Aguero, the striker is recuperating from knee surgery.

Rated as doubtful, with a groin injury, is their defender John Stones.

City are able to call upon the services of Fernandinho with the player having served a 2-game ban.
