This afternoon, the Hammers will go searching for their first Premier League win of the new season.

The statistics tell a sorry tale with the Hammers having taken zero points from the nine available and are currently sat at the bottom of the Premier League table.

Ahead of the start of the new season, the Hammers faithful, considering the money spent in what was an exciting summer transfer window, would have seen the Wolves fixture, at the London Stadium, as one they should be taking three points from, but is that the case now?

Wolves showed, last weekend, against Manchester City that they have adapted to life in the Premier League very quickly and took a point off the reigning Premier League title holders.
