It doesn’t seem five minutes since we were reporting that it very much looked as if West Ham United and Domingos Quina were set to go their separate ways.
Our article, Click Here, covered the fact that none other than the Spanish giants Barcelona were interested in signing the talented teenager.
Furthermore, the inference was given that a fee as low as £600,000 could seal a deal.
However, things appear to be changing.
According to the respected news source, Sky Sports, West Ham are now keen to keep the player.
Quina, who has made just six appearances for the Hammers, all in cup competitions, has had an impressive U19 European Championships, being part of the victorious Portuguese side who beat Italy, 4-3, after extra-time.
His displays have, it would seem according to our source, convinced the club that the youngster is worthy of a new contract.
Delving into the world of social media, it appears that the clamour for Quina to remain at the club is harvesting support:
Hopefully he signs and we give him some game time.

Whilst another posting suggests it is all about giving the youngster the chance to shine:
If their interested he obviously good we know that just needs a chance and under pellagrini he could be really good ⚒⚒

But what is your view on the subject matter?
Can Quina be convinced to remain a Hammer with Barcelona, seemingly, knocking on the door?
Is he worth persisting with or should we seek a sale?
Your views on the subject matter would be most appreciated.
