West Ham send club officials to try and complete three sensational signings

|

The transfer window is always an exciting period in club football, and to the club’s credit, we’ve enjoyed tremendous success in the market. The club has successfully identified and acquired talent that will enhance the quality of the team, and it seems that we’re poised to continue with our recruitment.

According to ESPN, we’ve sent club officials to Portugal in an attempt to conclude three signings before the transfer window closes.  It’s reported that we’re looking to secure a double deal from the Portuguese champions, Porto, as we hope to entice Moussa Marega and Yacine Brahimi to the club. The other deal that the club are actively trying to complete is to try and sign the Benfica youngster Joao Felix.

In all likelihood, the deal will be costly to complete, but it’s further indication of the ambition that the club have displayed in the market and the extent of the faith that the club have in the leadership qualities of Manuel Pellegrini.

While the players in question aren’t necessary signings, they would significantly enhance the quality of the squad, and plausibly, they could help elevate the club to the next level.
