West Ham – Attentions Shift To Abdellaoue

West Ham’s bid to sign Loic Remy from Nice looks destined to fail now as an agreement over the terms of payment can’t be reached.

An £11m offer was accepted although as Nice want two thirds of the money up front this isn’t something that David Sullivan and David Gold will agree to.

This means that attentions will be shifted elsewhere and the Daily Mail today reports that Valerenga striker Mohammed Abdellaoue has become Avram Grant’s latest target.

The 24-year-old is available for £2m although Hoffenheim have already agreed a fee for the striker so West Ham have to act quickly if they want to remain in this race.
