The wave of relief that swept around the London Stadium following the late, stoppage time win over West Bromwich Albion, was most welcome.

That goal lifted West Ham to 16th in the Premier League and gave us all hope that the Hammers can now start to climb the table.

After the late win, we took the opportunity to delve into the record and form books to come up with a few fascinating facts;

? The defeat means that West Bromwich Albion haven`t won in the last 20 Premier League games.

? January seems to be a good month for Andy Carroll, the striker has now scored 8 goals in his last 8 January starts.

? Aaron Cresswell has now provided 4 assists for Andy Carroll`s Premier League goals, only Joey Barton, with 5 can beat that.

? Marko Arnautovic continues to demonstrate his worth to the side being involved in 6 goals in his last 6 games, providing 1 assist and scoring 5.

? It was perhaps obvious that James McClean would score for West Brom, he has now scored 3 times in his last 5 appearances against the Hammers, more than he has scored against any other side.
