‘They’ll be disappointed’ – Loads of West Ham fans have been reacting to shocking transfer reports

He may have only joined in the summer, but Felipe Anderson is already being linked with a move away from East London, this time by Sky Sports.

They are claiming that Real Madrid will seize upon the Brazilian’s impressive form in Claret and Blue to strengthen Zinedine Zidane’s squad if they cannot tempt Chelsea into selling Eden Hazard.

The Pensioners have supposedly already rejected one bid from Los Blancos recently, said to be worth around £60million, as they are holding out for closer to double that.

As the Stamford Bridge club also have an impending transfer ban to deal with, the possibility of losing Hazard is not something they will be keen to consider anytime soon, especially without being able to adequately replace their leading goalscorer.

Should Chelsea opt to retain Hazard, despite his contract entering its final 12 months in July, Real Madrid are expected to move their attention on from South West London to East and target Anderson.

Zidane is supposedly a fan of our international winger and will look to make a deal happen with an offer of around £65million, according to Sky Sports.

Should the French World Cup Winner succeed, the transfer has the potential to change the dynamics at the London Stadium, as we would have to put our faith in the board finding a replacement capable of delivering the same type of magic as Anderson has.

When Sky’s report was circled on the R/Hammers Reddit page, here’s what some of you had to say…
