Tevez Decision Delayed. Again.

The Carlos Tevez affair goes on after High Vourt Judge Nigel Teare announcing he will make a decision before Christmas.

Sheffield United are seeking a permanent injunction preventing the Hammers from taking the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Sheffield United are looking for damages in the region of £50 million following their relegation in the 2006-7 season.

It is hoped that the case will end up before the CAS, and it will be thrown out. As it should have been some time ago.
