West Ham supporters have got a lot of managers going around their heads who they want to see brought in by the board when Manuel Pellegrini is inevitably sacked. It feels harsh to say that about the Chilean, but he’s wanted out, and should the Irons lose to Southampton he will be on his way.

ExWHUemployee has given all of the fans the news they wanted to hear as he’s stated that should the Hammers lose away at St. Mary’s then he will be gone, and with that news, many of the supporters have chimed in with what they want from their next gaffer in the comments.
Ultimately, the aim of this season from here should Pellegrini be sacked has to be survival. Getting relegated would be a travesty so bringing someone in who can keep the Hammers up and then build for the future will be key, and the fans all have an idea of what they want to see.
