The start of the new season is now less than a week away, a season that is hugely anticipated by some.

But as that crucial first fixture approaches, is Sam Allardyce still looking to bolster his current squad?

According to several new sources, West Ham United are interested in bringing a Slovakian U21 international to Upton Park.

Albert Rusnak is 20 years of age, is currently on loan at the Dutch top-tier club, SC Cambeur. Previously he`s had spells in England with Oldham Athletic and Birmingham City, however, his registration is held by the current Premier League champions, Manchester City.

Now whether West Ham United are interested in buying the player or simply loaning him remains to be seen!
