West Ham struggled at the start of the season, where the club were handed a very difficult schedule, but things have been a lot better in recent weeks.
Back-to-back victories over Newcastle United, Cardiff City, Crystal Palace and Fulham have seen the Hammers surge up the Premier League standings – and a favourable run of fixtures over the next few weeks could see their fine run extended.
Manuel Pellegrini certainly deserves a lot of plaudits following the hard work he has put in and the tremendous amount of work he did in the summer transfer market – when he splashed over £100m on new recruits.
Those efforts have certainly paid off and fans have been delighted with the progress they have made under the guidance of the Chilean boss, who took to social media after the most recent victory over Fulham and was met with plenty of plaudits.
