West Ham defender Christian Dailly will miss the derby with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, but he feels the Blues are in for one hell of a shock.

Chelsea are coming to terms with a renewed challenge from Manchester United, and the Scot feels his team mates can make the recent Blues’ slump a disaster by taking all three points.

Dailly: ‘We won’t be going to get a draw – we will be looking for a win and I think we are certainly capable of causing an upset.

‘Chelsea have slipped up slightly of late and Manchester United are beginning to breathe down their necks, but that is not necessarily a good thing for us come Sunday.

‘They will be saying to themselves that a good win will put them even nearer to the title and so they will be really up for it.’

West Ham won on their last visit to Stamford Bridge in September 2002 thanks to a goal from Jermain Defoe and two from Paolo di Canio.
