Queen Park Rangers have completed the loan signing of Ravel Morrison from West Ham on a 93-day emergency loan.

West Ham do have the option to recall him after 28-days though.

Having started the season brightly the England U21 then drifted out of the starting XI and found his chances hard to come across, these weren’t improved by an unwillingness to ‘play through the pain barrier’ something that Sam Allardyce criticised him for but he says he just wants to play….

And playing, despite some discomfort to a hernia condition that requires surgery, for another club isn’t likely to please Allardyce too much so perhaps the reports of him leaving the Hammers on a permanent basis in the summer could be true?

He’ll end the season at Loftus Road anyway, unless he’s recalled after his first month.
