West Ham United striker Sebastien Haller has had a tough start to his Premier League career.
There is no denying that. After his £45m move from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer, he has somewhat underachieved during his short time at the London Stadium.
From his first season, the Frenchman has scored just seven goals and provided one assist from 24 appearances. A mediocre return from such an eye-watering transfer fee.
Haller was one of three players, including Angelo Ogbonna and Robert Snodgrass, who missed their 2-0 defeat to Wolves during their first game back since the temporary suspension of the Premier League campaign.

There is still plenty of time for Haller to perform, despite receiving criticism from the fans regarding his performances this season.
At the same time, it is the French forward’s first season in a new league. Not everyone hits the ground running in what is a difficult league to play in.
