West Ham fans have had to endure a turbulent start to their Premier League campaign this season, losing six of their opening 12 matches.
Manuel Pellegrini’s £100m spending spree has so far failed to provide a spark on the field, with improvements to last season being minimal and there being a lot of work still to be done in East London.
However, one positive has been the fine performances of Marko Arnautovic and the Austria international has proven himself to still be the main man at the club despite the signings of Felipe Anderson, Andriy Yarmolenko and others.
Arnautovic has contributed five goals and one assist to his side this season from 10 appearances, leading the club’s scoring charts, but that form seems to have attracted the interest of rival clubs across Europe.
