West Ham fans have endured a real struggle on many fronts this season. Aside from Roberto, Manuel Pellegrini and their side’s woeful form on the pitch, the fans have also had the ongoing issue with Nathan Holland, as the sublime winger just isn’t getting given any first-team opportunities.
Great hit!
Holland goes a mesmerising run infield from the left, before crisply hitting it into the bottom corner from the edge of the area. #COYI 1-1 (33) pic.twitter.com/LtuHwLyMoV

The youngster was on the scoresheet yet again last night, scoring the Hammers’ equaliser against for West Ham’s U23s as they overcame an early 1-0 deficit to record a 3-1 win. However, it looks like the Irons have still got to wait until he gets his first-team chance.
His only appearance for the senior side so far this season came against Oxford United in the Carabao Cup, but that game finished 4-0 to the League One side and since then Holland hasn’t had a look in, even if he was one of the only good performers in that disastrous clash.
Should Nathan Holland be given a run in the first team?
Yes of course! He can't make us worse
Not yet! He's not ready

Play him in the first team ffs how blind can you be

Seriously don’t know what he has to do to earn a first team call up has blistering pace, tricky with the ball great finisher. Would be a much better option than Anderson

I swear this get tweeted at least once a week. What more does the kid have to do?

The Irons are desperate for Holland to get a chance in the Premier League, and it’s hard to blame them given the youngster’s form in the age group sides.
