West Ham have been fighting valiantly to keep afloat in the Premier League this season, as they seek to avoid another relegation scrap this season.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side have only won three of 11 league matches so far this season, despite a £100m spending spree in the summer, but positive signs have been emerging from the club’s performances.
After defeating Manchester United at the end of September, the Hammers endured a difficult month in November after picking up just one point from three league matches and being knocked out of the EFL Cup by Tottenham.
However, November started superbly for Pellegrini’s side as they defeated Brighton 4-2 at the weekend with goals from Marko Arnautovic, Felipe Anderson and Javier Hernandez – the latter scoring off the bench.
Hernandez has struggled for consistency since moving to the club last summer from Bayer Leverkusen but fans are hopeful that his confidence will increase after he opened his account for the campaign.

Let’s stop getting on his back now. Well happy for him, hope he bags a load more and shuts everyone up
