Hart Gets Hammers Recall

|

Ahead of the Hammers crucial Premier League clash with Burnley, a fixture it is hoped West Ham will get the three points on offer that will move them closer to the mythical 40-point safety margin, David Moyes has made an important decision.

After playing Adrian in the last 15 Premier League games, Moyes informed those present at his pre-match press conference, Joe Hart will start in goal for the Hammers against Burnley.

It would appear that with the Hammers having conceded eight goals in their last two games, Moyes has declared that Adrian is the fall-guy, announcing at the aforementioned pre-match press conference,

‘I’ve said all along, Joe’s been good, and I’ve got competition in some places so you have to play well.

‘There’s big pressure if you don’t perform. Am I happy with the goals we conceded? No I’m not.

‘If I thought there were no mistakes or no problems I wouldn’t have made any changes.’

The recall couldn`t have come at a better time for Hart with the 30-year-old now back in the frame for the goalkeeping position in Gareth Southgate`s 2018 World Cup squad, let`s hope he makes the most of the opportunity.
