Hammers Out On Loan

Gavin Williams has joined Ipswich Town in a one month loan deal. Meanwhile, Chris Cohen has also moved for a months loan to Yeovil Town. Pardew is looking to get the players some first team football and explained:

‘Neither of the players have featured in the Premier League yet and I just felt they needed to be playing more football and getting a bit more experience. We have sent them both out on loan for a month to give them a chance to show people what they can do and I am sure the moves will be positive for all concerned.’

Can’t argue with that can you? Get the players the experience they need to challenge for a first team spot. I guess this will help them prove whether they are ready or capable of making that final step.
