Earlier this week, media speculation, as covered by ourselves, Click Here, indicated that the Arsenal striker, Lucas Perez, was set to become a West Ham United player, on transfer deadline day that deal was, we’re pleased to say, done and dusted;

with the Spanish striker signing a 3-year deal with the club whilst also becoming West Ham United’s ninth signing of what has been a majestic summer transfer window.
Delving into the world of social media, it seems that some Arsenal supporters are of the opinion the 29-year-old wasn’t given enough game time at the Emirates:

Best of luck at West Ham. Arsene Wenger treatment was so unfair to you.

Whilst others clearly believe the Hammers have picked up something of a bargain with £4 million being the price quoted:
Great deal you got there Hammers’ fans. He’s a very good player

Bargain for a 12 goals a season striker.

With the first game of the Premier League season, at Liverpool, almost upon us, it’ll be interesting to see whether Perez will be given his West Ham debut or whether he’ll, for now, have to settle for a place on the bench.
Here at Vital West Ham, we’d like to take this opportunity to formally welcome Lucas to our fine club, we hope your stay with us is both successful and enjoyable.
