Glovers Want To Hang Onto Cohen

Yeovil Town boss Steve Thompson will seek to extend the loan deal of Chris Cohen at Huish Park after the youngster has been highly-impressive for the Glovers in League One.

Midfielder Cohen’s loan ends next week and Thompson wants the left-sided player to stay even though the Glovers have lost all four of the games he has played in.

Thompson said: ‘We would like to extend that and we are seeking to do that. Chris has been good for us and, as we have said to him, although we have lost some games recently that has in no way been down to him.

‘Chris has been one of our better players in recent games.’
